ENROLMENTS
General enrolments can be
taken at any time. Appointments for
a school visit and any inquiry can be made with the Principal.
Enrolments for prep children
are focused during the month of June. In
November, Prep children have two orientation sessions and an information evening
is held for parents.
Children must turn five by April 30th of their Prep year.
They must have a school entry immunization certificate from the local
Council to be allowed entry into the school in February. Birth, Baptism and
Immunization certificates must be presented to the school in December preceding
Prep year.
NON-CATHOLIC ENROLMENTS
St. John the Baptist
School exists and operates primarily to service the needs of Catholic
families residing in the Parish of Koo Wee Rup.
Places are available to children from other denominations.
Parents of intending applicants would need to understand that their
children will partake in the religious education conducted at the school.
A commitment not to interfere in the religious content of the program
taught is an expectation.

In the case of accident or
illness we may need to contact you quickly.
Details of current information on our records will be sent home at the
beginning of the year. It may be
necessary then or during the course of the year to alter or add to this
information (e.g. change in occupation, a change of name of emergency contact,
change in telephone number or address, or mobile telephone number).
Please notify the school without delay when changes occur.
